This year’s World Travel Catering & Onboard Service Expo (WTCE) provided a great opportunity to showcase our new range of exciting airline passenger food products including the Caribbean flavours inspired by and in partnership with Levi Roots and the Old El Paso range developed in conjunction with James Strawbridge, our executive chef.
Both Levi and James gave demonstrations in the Taste of Travel Theatre, sharing their ideas and recipes.

The Bake Factory team had a fabulous time at WTCE 2017 sharing fantastic new food products inspired by both Levi Roots and our executive chef James Strawbridge. The new range of Caribbean flavours included the Smokehouse Pulled Beef Wrap, a Callaloo Pattie, and the Martinique Chicken Curry with Black Bean & thyme rice served with grilled aubergines & pepper.
We also launched for 2017 a range of Old El Paso products as well as a Cuban Club Sandwich, a Mushroom and Brie Truffle Pie and a Macaroni and Cauliflower Cheese Pie with toasted kale.
