Looking forward to WTCE – April 4th to 6th 2017 – Hamburg

This year we will be showcasing at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Service Expo (WTCE) a number of exciting airline passenger food products including a new range of Caribbean flavours inspired by and in partnership with Levi Roots along with those that have been developed in conjunction with James Strawbridge, our executive chef.

At WTCE both Levi and James will be demonstrating in the Taste of Travel Theatre, and will be available on our stand to discuss product ideas and innovation.

If you are attending the event please do come and see us and sample these fantastic flavours.

The Bake Factory™ exists to create delicious on-board eating experiences for land, sea and air passengers.

We literally create everything under one roof, from the idea for a product through to its testing and manufacture.  We are a BRC (Grade A) accredited site.

Our talented team are continually researching food trends and flavours and will tweak and test until they believe they have achieved a product worthy of The Bake Factory™ name and one which will be enjoyed by travel passengers worldwide.

WTCE 2017

The Bake Factory team have been busy preparing for WTCE 2017 creating fantastic new food products inspired by both Levi Roots and our executive chef James Strawbridge. We will be showcasing a new range of Caribbean flavours including the Smokehouse Pulled Beef Wrap, a Callaloo Pattie, Caribbean Soups and entrees such as the Martinique Chicken Curry with Black Bean & thyme rice served with grilled aubergines & pepper.

The Bake Factory’s 2017 range also includes Old El Paso Tacos, a Cuban Club Sandwich, a Mushroom and Brie Truffle Pie and a Macaroni and Cauliflower Cheese with toasted kale.
